Founded in 2024, Norric is an enterprise software company building frontier AI for financial institutions and other mission-critical industries. Our clients manage more than $150B in assets on our platform. We’re headquartered in New York, with a regional office in Seoul. Our leadership includes a founder with one prior exit, alongside the former COO of Mizuho, Japan’s third-largest bank, and product talent from Coupang, Toss, Goldman Sachs and other leading technology companies. We plan to grow our Seoul office to 50+ employees this year to support our expanding base of Asian enterprise clients.

Our Products & Services

Norric OS is an AI-native application suite for investment operations across portfolio monitoring, investor relations CRM, and due diligence. Our software applications business is growing with an opportunity to tackle diverse pain points for investment firms. Norric ADX is an AI deployment platform for financial institutions and complex enterprises. Our engineers work directly with clients to solve critical enterprise pain points and drive AI transformation across industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 0-to-1 환경에서 금융 및 엔터프라이즈 사용자를 위한 Norric의 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현합니다.
• 사용자의 업무 흐름을 이해하고, AI Agent가 실제 업무에 자연스럽게 녹아들 수 있는 인터랙션과 사용자 경험을 설계하고 구현합니다.
• 복잡한 금융 데이터와 Agent의 실행 과정 및 결과를 사용자가 직관적으로 이해하고 제어할 수 있는 인터페이스로 만듭니다.
• 디자이너, PO, 백엔드 엔지니어와 긴밀하게 협업하여 아이디어를 빠르게 검증하고 프로덕션 수준의 제품으로 완성합니다.

Requirements

• React, Next.js, TypeScript 등 모던 웹 프론트엔드 기반의 프로덕션 개발 및 운영 경험이 3년 이상 있으신 분
• 복잡한 비동기 상태와 데이터 흐름을 안정적으로 다루고, 높은 완성도의 사용자 경험으로 구현할 수 있으신 분
• 주어진 화면을 구현하는 데 그치지 않고, 사용자 문제를 이해해 더 나은 인터랙션과 제품 경험을 함께 고민할 수 있으신 분
• 빠르게 변화하는 0-to-1 환경에서 개발 속도와 확장 가능한 구조 사이의 균형을 판단할 수 있으신 분

Preference

• AI Agent 또는 LLM 기반 기능을 실제 프로덕션에 구현하고 운영해본 경험
• 스트리밍, Tool Calling, Human-in-the-loop 등 Agent 특유의 인터랙션을 구현해본 경험
• Rich Text Editor를 활용한 복잡한 편집 인터랙션을 설계하고 구현해본 경험
• B2B SaaS, 금융, 데이터 분석 도구 등 복잡하고 데이터 집약적인 제품을 개발한 경험
• 디자인 시스템, 테스트 자동화 등 제품의 일관성과 개발 생산성을 높이는 기반을 구축해본 경험
