The Capital Markets Integrity Corporation (CMIC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Philippines Stock Exchange, and Norric today announced a partnership to develop an AI-native platform for the audit, surveillance, and compliance of stock brokers and market participants in the Philippines capital markets.
The collaboration brings Norric’s enterprise AI deployment platform to CMIC’s mandate to oversee market participants, connecting institutional workflows, data, and surveillance operations into a shared system of record.
Together, the organizations will build production AI applications that support audit and surveillance of brokers and other market participants—designed to operate with the governance, security, and traceability required for capital-markets supervision.
The partnership is focused on replacing fragmented, manual review processes with an AI-native operating layer: ingesting market and participant data, surfacing exceptions, and giving supervisors a consistent view across audits, investigations, and ongoing monitoring. Every application will run on Norric’s enterprise context layer, so insights from one workflow can compound across CMIC’s supervisory operations rather than remaining siloed in documents, inboxes, or disconnected systems.
