Our Company

Founded in 2024, Norric is an enterprise software company building frontier AI for financial institutions and other mission-critical industries. Our clients manage more than $150B in assets on our platform. We’re headquartered in New York, with a regional office in Seoul. Our leadership includes a founder with one prior exit, alongside the former COO of Mizuho, Japan’s third-largest bank, and product talent from Coupang, Toss, Goldman Sachs and other leading technology companies. We plan to grow our Seoul office to 50+ employees this year to support our expanding base of Asian enterprise clients.

Our Products & Services

Norric OS is an AI-native application suite for investment operations across portfolio monitoring, investor relations CRM, and due diligence. Our software applications business is growing with an opportunity to tackle diverse pain points for investment firms. Norric ADX is an AI deployment platform for financial institutions and complex enterprises. Our engineers work directly with clients to solve critical enterprise pain points and drive AI transformation across industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 글로벌 고객이 실제 업무에서 사용하는 AI 프로덕트의 UX/UI를 설계해요.
• 초기 고객을 직접 만나 문제를 발견하고, 필요한 기능과 사용자 흐름을 주도적으로 정의해요.
• PO, 개발자, AI 엔지니어와 함께 문제를 정의하고 제품 방향을 빠르게 검증해요.
• 단순히 화면을 그리는 것을 넘어, 제품이 고객의 실제 업무에 안착하는 과정까지 함께 고민해요.

Requirements

• 제로투원 단계에서 문제를 주도적으로 정의하고, 데이터를 바탕으로 제품을 개선할 수 있으신 분
• 복잡한 정보와 업무 흐름을 사용자가 이해하기 쉬운 구조로 설계할 수 있으신 분
• PO, 개발자와 긴밀하게 협업하며 제품을 출시하거나 개선해 본 경험이 있으신 분
• 디자인 시스템을 활용해 제품 맥락에 맞는 완성도 높은 화면과 인터랙션을 설계할 수 있으신 분
• AI 기반 도구를 실제 디자인 업무에 적극적으로 활용해 업무의 속도와 완성도를 높일 수 있으신 분

Preference

• AI 제품 또는 B2B SaaS 디자인 경험이 3년 이상 있으신 분
• 영어로 고객 및 글로벌 이해관계자와 원활하게 소통할 수 있으신 분
• 금융, 투자, ERP 등 데이터 기반 프로덕트에 관심이나 이해도가 있으신 분
• 복잡한 도메인의 업무 흐름을 제품화해 본 경험이 있으신 분
• 글로벌 사용자를 대상으로 한 제품 경험이 있으신 분
