Our Company

Founded in 2024, Norric is an enterprise software company building frontier AI for financial institutions and other mission-critical industries. Our clients manage more than $150B in assets on our platform. We’re headquartered in New York, with a regional office in Seoul. Our leadership includes a founder with one prior exit, alongside the former COO of Mizuho, Japan’s third-largest bank, and product talent from Coupang, Toss, Goldman Sachs and other leading technology companies. We plan to grow our Seoul office to 50+ employees this year to support our expanding base of Asian enterprise clients.

Our Products & Services

Norric OS is an AI-native application suite for investment operations across portfolio monitoring, investor relations CRM, and due diligence. Our software applications business is growing with an opportunity to tackle diverse pain points for investment firms. Norric ADX is an AI deployment platform for financial institutions and complex enterprises. Our engineers work directly with clients to solve critical enterprise pain points and drive AI transformation across industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 엔터프라이즈 고객의 복잡한 요구사항과 인프라에 Norric의 AI 플랫폼을 이식하고 Mission-critical한 시스템을 처음부터 직접 설계 및 구축합니다.
• 고객사와 직접 소통하며 모호한 비즈니스 문제를 명확한 기술 사양으로 정의하고, 현장에서 발생하는 기술적 Blocker을 주도적으로 해결합니다.
• 다양한 고객 현장에서 나온 요구사항과 연동 패턴을 표준화하여 프로덕트의 확장을 이끕니다.
• 초기 핵심 엔지니어로서 골드만삭스, 토스, 쿠팡 출신 리더들과 함께 글로벌 수준의 엔지니어링 문화와 코드 표준을 만들어갑니다.

Requirements

• 3년 이상의 백엔드, 데이터, 또는 클라우드 엔지니어링 프로덕션 개발 및 운영 경험이 있으신 분
• AWS, GCP 등 클라우드 인프라 아키텍처에 대한 깊은 이해와 직접 구축/운영 역량을 갖추신 분
• 복잡하고 모호한 고객사의 비즈니스/기술 문제를 명확한 엔지니어링 요구사항으로 정의하고 해결할 수 있는 분
• 고객 중심 사고를 바탕으로 C-level부터 엔지니어까지 다양한 이해관계자와 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 분
• 코드 작성(Python, Go, Java 등)과 인프라(IaC)를 모두 다룰 수 있는 풀스택 백엔드/인프라 역량을 보유하신 분

Preference

• IT 컨설팅, 전문 SI, 또는 Global Tech 기업의 Solution Architect / FDE 경험이 있으신 분
• 엔터프라이즈 고객의 엄격한 보안 및 규제 요건을 충족하는 시스템 아키텍처를 구축해 본 경험이 있으신 분
• LLM, RAG 파이프라인, AI 솔루션을 엔터프라이즈 환경에 도입하고 최적화해 본 경험이 있으신 분
• 컴퓨터 공학 또는 관련 기술 분야의 석사 또는 박사 학위를 보유하신 분
