Founded in 2024, Norric is an enterprise software company building frontier AI for financial institutions and other mission-critical industries. Our clients manage more than $150B in assets on our platform. We’re headquartered in New York, with a regional office in Seoul. Our leadership includes a founder with one prior exit, alongside the former COO of Mizuho, Japan’s third-largest bank, and product talent from Coupang, Toss, Goldman Sachs and other leading technology companies. We plan to grow our Seoul office to 50+ employees this year to support our expanding base of Asian enterprise clients.

Our Products & Services

Norric OS is an AI-native application suite for investment operations across portfolio monitoring, investor relations CRM, and due diligence. Our software applications business is growing with an opportunity to tackle diverse pain points for investment firms. Norric ADX is an AI deployment platform for financial institutions and complex enterprises. Our engineers work directly with clients to solve critical enterprise pain points and drive AI transformation across industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities

• AI 백엔드 및 오케스트레이션: LLM 호출 및 Agentic 도구를 백엔드 파이프라인과 통합하고, AI 역량을 안정적인 B2B SaaS 제품 경험으로 구현합니다.
• 멀티테넌트 & 보안 시스템 설계: 금융 기관 및 엔터프라이즈 고객을 위해 데이터 격리, 권한 제어(Permissions-aware), 감사 로그(Auditing)가 갖춰진 안전한 멀티테넌트 시스템을 구축하고 운영합니다.
• API & 서비스 아키텍처: Product팀(PM, 디자이너, 프론트엔드)과 협력하여 웹 애플리케이션, 워크플로우, 외부 연동을 지탱하는 백엔드 서비스 및 API를 설계하고 다듬습니다.

Requirements

• 3년 이상의 백엔드 시스템 개발, 테스트, 런칭 및 운영 경험을 보유하신 분
• PM, 디자이너, 프론트엔드 엔지니어와 원활히 소통하며 비즈니스 요구사항을 명확한 기술 사양으로 전환할 수 있으신 분
• 특정 직무나 기술 스택에 경계를 두지 않고, 문제 해결을 위해 인프라부터 데이터 영역까지 적극적으로 탐구하시는 분

Preference

• B2B SaaS 환경에서 고객사별 데이터 격리 및 권한 구조 처리 시스템을 직접 구축/운영해 본 경험이 있으신 분
• API Design, 인증/인가(AuthN/AuthZ), 백그라운드 작업 패턴, 에러 핸들링에 대한 명확한 이해가 있으신 분
• AWS, GCP 등 Cloud Infrastructure 기반 서비스를 구축하고 고가용성·확장성을 고려해 운영해 본 경험이 있으신 분
• Vector DB, RAG 파이프라인 구축 또는 LLM 프레임워크 연동 경험이 있으신 분
• 컴퓨터 공학 또는 관련 기술 분야의 석사 또는 박사 학위를 보유하신 분
